Supply schedules change by ward, by summer, by a broken valve two streets away, and by a tanker that took a longer route. The board app, the SMS, and the neighbour who filled at 5:15am can disagree. The official desk is the final word on your connection, your bill, and your complaint status.

Rates for private tankers, motor rewind, tank cleaning, and RO filters are approximate. They move with diesel, with heat, and with the gali. Confirm in your ward before you pay.

Do not make an illegal connection. Do not tap a line you do not own. Do not bore in a banned or restricted area without the permit your district actually issues. This site will not help you hide a theft or skip a rule.

Motors, electrics, and roof tanks can injure people and damage houses. If you are not sure, call a licensed electrician or plumber. We are not liable for a burned winding, an overflow into a neighbour’s room, a tanker short-delivery, or a bill that did not reverse after you followed a checklist.
